I recently came across this article in the Daily Mail which documents the plight of homeless people living in the flood tunnels underneath Las Vegas.
The imagery used in the article offers a very journalistic look at the subject matter in hand. With nothing really jumping out of the page at the viewer I find they are there simply as illustrations.
That being said, the images are well exposed even due to the difficult lighting conditions. The way the article is worded and the images used, I'd say this gives an voyeuristic insight to their lives.
